A Day in the Life

Own and manage core accounting operations including AP, AR, Billing, General Ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting support,



and compliance activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and robust financial controls.

In this role you will:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and General Ledger (GL) activities.
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, customer invoicing, and payment collections accurately and on time.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and ledger reviews.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on collections, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation as required.
