Role Description The RO/RM/SRM role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Raigad. The role involves sourcing and acquiring new housing loan customers,



building and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, and managing the end-to-end loan process from application to disbursement. Daily responsibilities include conducting customer meetings, assessing eligibility and creditworthiness, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with internal teams such as credit, operations, and legal. The role also requires monitoring portfolio quality, ensuring timely collections, adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and contributing to branch-level business targets. Team members are expected to provide customer-centric service, promote Aavas products in target markets, and support financial inclusion initiatives in alignment with the company’s mission.
