Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (Finance/Banking) role is based in Bengaluru and offers a compensation of up to 5 LPA. The role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities within the finance and banking sector, including prospecting and qualifying leads. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The executive will maintain and grow key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery,



and track performance against targets. The role also requires regular market research, competitor analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
