Role Description The Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities to support the organization’s talent needs. In this full-time remote role,
the individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, develop clear and inclusive job descriptions, and post vacancies on appropriate platforms. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining effective communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process. The Recruitment Executive will also help improve recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience aligned with company values.
