Role Description The Spa Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Udaipur is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa. This includes managing spa services and facilities, supervising and mentoring spa team members, and ensuring that all guests receive a consistently high standard of service. The Spa Manager will coordinate scheduling, monitor inventory and supplies, and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards.



The role also involves driving revenue and profitability through effective budgeting, service promotion, and guest retention initiatives, while maintaining a relaxing and welcoming environment aligned with Fairmont’s brand and guest experience standards.
