About The Role
Our Customer Engineering (CE) team's mission is to bridge sales and engineering, ensuring customers succeed with Qt's products through hands-on technical support, delivery, and solution guidance. We work closely with the sales team to translate deal priorities into engineering action,
and with customers directly to ensure successful adoption and long-term value from our products. As a CE Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success Engineers in [country], allocating engineering resources across active deals and customer engagements based on sales priority and deal strategy. This role blends sales-oriented thinking with technical team leadership, requiring close coordination with both the local sales team and CE leadership across APAC.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with the local sales team to understand deal priorities and translate them into engineering resource plans
• Lead and manage a team of Skilled Services, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success Engineers
• Allocate PS/SE resources across active deals based on business priority and deal stage
• Own technical escalation management, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
• Coordinate with CE APAC leadership and pee
