We’re looking for a Meta Ads Expert with 1–4 years of hands-on experience who can independently plan, execute, analyse, and optimise campaigns for real estate, healthcare, and other service-based businesses.

What You’ll Be Responsible For• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop effective lead-generation strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
• Optimise campaigns for lead quality, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Monitor audience performance, creatives,



placements, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Conduct A/B tests to identify winning creatives, messaging, and audience segments.
• Track leads and conversions using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and relevant tracking tools.
• Work with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
• Monitor campaign performance regularly and provide actionable reports and insights.
• Identify why campaigns underperform and take corrective action instead of simply increasing budgets.

What We’re Looking For• 1–4 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Robust understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimisation.
• Experience in lead generation for real estate, healthcare, or service-based businesses.
• Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on performance metrics.
• Understanding of CPL, cost per
