Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product catalogs, including product names, descriptions, specifications, prices, and SKUs.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product categorization, attributes, tags, and product details.
- Coordinate product images and ensure they are correctly matched with the respective listings.
- Maintain catalog data using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct errors in product information.
- Apply basic SEO practices to product titles and descriptions.
- Coordinate with design, marketing,



and e-commerce teams on catalog updates and new product launches.
- Complete catalog updates within established timelines while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Catalog Management, E-commerce, or Product Listing.
- Graduation in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with product listing, SKU management, and product data management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of product descriptions, categorization, and basic SEO.
- Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and diamonds is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
