Role Description The Calling & CRM – Business Development Intern will support NoBroker HR in managing and nurturing leads through outbound and inbound calling activities. This on-site internship role, based in Karnataka, India,



involves engaging with potential candidates and stakeholders, updating and maintaining CRM records, and sharing accurate information about opportunities and processes. Intern responsibilities include tracking interactions, following up on leads, assisting in basic data analysis and reporting, and coordinating with the HR and business development teams to improve candidate engagement and conversion. The role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, CRM tools, and business development practices within a high-growth PropTech organization.
