About Adtom
Adtom (adtom.ai) is an ad automation and analytics platform for brands and marketing agencies
running Meta and Google Ads.
Most advertisers juggle multiple ad accounts, dashboards and spreadsheets just to answer a simple
question: what's working? Adtom brings it all into one place, with cross-platform analytics, a unified
ads manager, a quick ad launcher and automated client reporting, so marketers spend less time on
manual work and more time growing results.
We've just launched and early agencies are already onboarding. We're a lean, founder-led team
based in Jaipur, building ad-tech for Indian brands and agencies and for the world. At this stage every
early hire shapes the company, and you'll see your impact directly in the numbers.

The Role
We're looking for a sharp, confident communicator who enjoys starting conversations and turning
them into meetings. You'll be the founder's right hand on business development: finding and reaching




decision makers, getting them to a first meeting, supporting the founder at startup events and
conferences, and keeping vendor communication running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role. Expect cold outreach in the morning, a vendor follow-up after lunch and a

What You'll Do
Sales & Outreach (about 60%)
• Research and build prospect lists of founders, CMOs, marketing heads and agency owners.
• Run cold outreach on LinkedIn, email and phone to book meetings with decision makers.
• Write personalized, persuasive messages that get replies.
• Follow up consistently and keep the sales pipeline organized in our CRM or tracker.
• Join meetings with the founder, take notes and own the next steps.
Events & Founder Support (about 20%)
