Role: Design Engineer
Work Location: Chennai
Domain: Drivetrain Engineering / Clutch System
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Experience
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Clutch function
• Knowledge on clutch actuation system components
• Knowledge on clutch pipe routing and clutch release layout creation
• Basic knowledge on Driveline interface aggregates
• Agility, Effective Communication & Presentation skill
• Valuable understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Benchmarking of competitor vehicles
• Generate VAVE ideas
• Work closely with Suppliers for proposal discussion
• Work closely with Cross -functional teams throughout VAVE life cycle
• Proficient in 3D modeling & 2D in 3D Experience 23X and Catia V6
• Maintain CAD data and documentation in PLM systems.
