About ScrapKart
ScrapKart is a B2B marketplace for e-waste management, recycling, and industrial scrap trading. We connect businesses, recyclers, suppliers, and buyers for transparent, efficient material transactions. We’re early-stage and based in Hyderabad. You will report directly to the founder.
Role Overview
We need a hands-on closer who can win scrap buyers, sellers, and corporate e-waste clients in Hyderabad and turn them into repeat business. You will work directly with the founder on pricing and deal structure.
Key Responsibilities
• Win corporate clients for e-waste management, ITAD, and responsible disposal
• Build relationships with scrap buyers, suppliers, and recyclers (copper, aluminium, e-waste and other recyclables)
• Verify and onboard buyers and sellers onto the ScrapKart platform
• Negotiate terms and close deals from quote to payment
• Generate repeat business from the accounts you win, and keep your pipeline updated

Requirements




• 3-6 years in B2B sales, business development, scrap/metal trading, recycling, or waste management
• A record of closed deals that you can name and explain
• Existing buyer, supplier, recycler, or corporate contacts (solid advantage)
• Comfortable with daily field visits to factories, scrap yards, and offices across Hyderabad’s industrial areas
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Compensation
₹35,000-₹50,000 per month + incentives on closed deals, based on experience and track record
