Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi, responsible for supporting day-to-day sales operations and customer interactions.



This role involves coordinating between the sales team, production, and customers to ensure timely order processing, accurate documentation, and smooth communication throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Coordinator maintains and updates sales records, prepares quotations and sales reports, follows up on inquiries, and assists with scheduling deliveries and tracking order status. The position also includes responding to customer queries, addressing basic service issues, and escalating complex matters to relevant team members. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to help achieve sales targets, improve customer experience, and support ongoing business growth.
