• Role Description This is a full time, on-site Account Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Account Assistant will support daily accounting operations, including managing invoices, recording transactions, and maintaining ledgers. Record, verify, and maintain financial transactions, including purchases, sales, and payments.



Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are correctly accounted for, Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, Conduct internal and external audits, examining financial records for accuracy and compliance.
• The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing queries, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting compliance with company policies. The Account Assistant will work closely with senior finance staff to help streamline processes and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
