About the Role
We are looking an enthusiastic professional with experience in general insurance broking or with an insurance company. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling day-to-day insurance servicing, coordinating renewals and claims, and ensuring timely execution of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients for all general insurance-related requirements.
• Manage policy renewals and focus on client retention through timely follow-ups and service.
• Handle end-to-end policy servicing, including client queries, policy endorsements, claims coordination, and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain renewal calendars, MIS reports and client-related reports.
• Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) and coordinate with insurers to obtain quotations and policy terms.
• Have a working knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME Insurance, Fire Insurance, Group Mediclaim (GMC) and Marine Insurance.




• Use insurer portals for obtaining quotations, generating certificates and carrying out other policy-related activities.
• Work on insurance broking systems to maintain client records, policy details, and renewal information.
• Coordinate with clients and insurance companies to ensure queries and service requests are resolved on time.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely execution of all client requirements.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in general insurance, preferably with an insurance broker or insurance company.
• Basic working knowledge of general insurance products, especially SME, Fire, Group Mediclaim, and Marine Insurance.
• Experience in client servicing, policy renewals, endorsements and claims coordination.
• Familiarity with insurer portals and insurance broking systems.
