Role Description The Sr. Manager – Production will oversee end-to-end production activities across formulation, quality control (QC), dispatch, and stores within a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing setup. This full-time, on-site role is based in Maharashtra, India and involves planning and supervising daily production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and optimizing resource utilization.



The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely material availability, monitoring in-process and finished product quality, and ensuring accurate and efficient dispatch operations. The Sr. Manager – Production will manage inventory and stores, enforce safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The position also entails leading and mentoring the production team, supporting audits, and contributing to strategic decisions related to capacity, cost, and process efficiency.
