• Should have strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R12 Modules – Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory modules.
• Should have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions like Picking, Put-away, Task Management Cross docking, Barcode label printing, hand-held devices / scanners, 3PL
• Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications like integrating 3rd Party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance and excise applications, Weights & Dimensions, EDI with Oracle EBS
• Knowledge on Transportation Management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management, Intercompany processes is a must
• Should be able to facilitate the Scrum process/ceremonies seamlessly:
This includes conducting Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Host Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Should be able to facilitates collaboration and communication between team players and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome.
• Should be aware of Scrum principles and Agile engineering practices
• Facilitate communication: Responsible for ensuring that there is explicit communication between the team, the Product Owner, and any other stakeholders.
• Assist Product Owner with the Product Backlog prioritization.
• Implementing process changes and steps to improve team’s productivity.
