Expandza is hiring a Marketing Trainee in Jaipur. You start with the content you're valuable at, and we train you on LinkedIn lead generation, SEO and blogging, with a path to full-time after 3 months.

ABOUT EXPANDZA
We're an AI-first performance marketing agency in Jaipur. We run SEO, paid ads, email automation, LinkedIn and social media for brands in real estate, healthcare, education, SaaS, tourism and e-commerce. We're a small team, and everyone works on real client projects from week one.

ABOUT THE ROLE
No agency experience needed. Real Canva and video editing skills are a must, even if they come from personal projects. Over 3 months you'll take on more of our LinkedIn outreach, and strong performers move into a full-time role. The stipend is based on your skills and portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design creative posts in Canva for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Edit short videos (Reels and Shorts)




- Write captions and LinkedIn posts
- Learn LinkedIn lead generation: prospect lists, connection requests, follow-ups, tracking replies
- Learn blog writing and SEO basics
- Help with occasional photo shoots

YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS
Month 1: posts, videos and LinkedIn outreach basics
Month 2: blogs, SEO basics and guided outreach campaigns
Month 3: own part of our LinkedIn lead generation, plus a performance review

YOU MUST HAVE
- Working Canva skills
- Basic video editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar). Personal projects count.
- Good written English
- Based in Jaipur, comfortable with 6 days a week (10:30 AM-4:00 PM)
- Reliability and a hunger to learn

BONUS
- Basic photography or videography
- Any experience with SEO, copywriting, cold outreach, email marketing or ads
- Your own Instagram page, YouTube channel or portfolio
