About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive new business across AI voice agents and custom software development.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can open doors, understand business challenges and close technology deals. You will personally lead strategic opportunities while developing the sales strategy, processes and team needed for sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the sales strategy for AI voice agents and custom software services.
• Generate opportunities through industry relationships, direct outreach, referrals and partnerships.
• Engage founders, CXOs and other decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
• Work with technical teams to assess feasibility, shape solutions and prepare proposals.
• Lead presentations, commercial negotiations and contract closure.
• Own revenue targets, pipeline quality and sales forecasting.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional projects.
• Establish sales processes and recruit, mentor and manage salespeople as the business grows.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure customer commitments align with agreed capabilities, scope and timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
• Substantial B2B sales experience in AI, enterprise technology, IT services or custom software development.
• A proven record of personally generating and closing business.
• Established industry relationships and the ability to build new networks.
• Experience selling solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Robust commercial judgement, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience owning revenue targets and leading sale
