The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote luxury residential and commercial real estate projects. The core focus of this role will be Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, with an emphasis on lead generation, campaign performance, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities include creating, managing,



and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, targeting relevant audiences, generating quality leads, monitoring campaign budgets, and analyzing performance metrics. The specialist will also manage social media channels, coordinate content creation, optimize online presence, monitor web analytics, and prepare regular campaign performance reports. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates while staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.
