We're looking for a food technologist who can turn great food into consistent, scalable and commercially viable products.
You'll work closely with our founding team, chefs and central kitchen to develop new products and build systems that ensure quality as we scale.
What you'll own:
• New product development and recipe formulation
• Recipe standardisation, trials and sensory evaluation
• Shelf-life studies, food safety and quality assurance
• Central kitchen processes, preservation and packaging
• SOPs, product specifications and quality control systems
• Yield optimisation, cost control and production efficiency
• Scaling products from kitchen trials to commercial operations
What we're looking for:
• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field
• Robust understanding of food processing, preservation and R&D;
• Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP and GMP
• Hands-on experience with product trials, quality testing and documentation
• A practical, analytical mindset with a passion for Indian vegetarian food
• Experience in F&B; startups or high-growth food businesses is a plus
