Role Description The RSM East & North East role at Genetix Biotech Asia Ltd. is a full-time,



on-site position based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth across the East and North East territories by managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategic sales plans for the life sciences portfolio. Day-to-day activities include leading and mentoring a regional sales team, conducting customer visits, presenting solutions to researchers and industry clients, and coordinating with product management and marketing to support demand generation. The RSM will monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and strategic customers. Collaboration with internal technical support, logistics, and finance teams is essential to ensure timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
