Job SummaryEncanto Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build strong B2B client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, lead generation, prospecting, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a proven track record of converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms for prospect research and lead generation.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and Business Heads.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Conduct client calls, presentations,



product/service discussions, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular business development reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the SaaS and technology space.

Required Skills & Experience• 5+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent knowledge of B2B lead generation and outbound sales.
• Experience in selling IT services, SaaS products, or technology solutions will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
