Role Description

The Client Services Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for supporting creators and brand partners, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account management. The role involves responding to support tickets, managing communication across channels, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and tracking client requests to completion.



The Client Services Representative also supports campaign execution, monitors client satisfaction, escalates complex concerns when needed, and contributes feedback to improve processes and the overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, support accounts, and maintain positive relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with creators, brand partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction to understand client needs, follow up proactively, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
