Role Description
The Claims Settlement Executive (Logistics) is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing and settling logistics-related claims, including verification of documentation, assessment of claim validity,
and coordination with internal teams and external partners for resolution. The executive will track claim status, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders. Daily activities include analyzing claim data, identifying recurring issues, recommending process improvements, and supporting compliance with company policies and service standards. The role also involves responding to customer queries professionally and contributing to a smooth claims experience.
