Role & responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground sales and marketing activities to identify and develop new business opportunities in the deep hole drilling, hydraulic cylinder, and honed tube manufacturing industries.
• Visit manufacturing plants, OEMs, and industrial customers to understand their machining requirements and propose suitable tooling solutions.
• Promote our products which includes roller burnishing, skiving, and deep rolling tools, for improved surface finish and productivity.
• Identify potential customers involved in hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, deep hole drilling, and precision tube manufacturing.
• Coordinate with customers for technical discussions, product demonstrations, machining trials, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with production, manufacturing, purchase, and design teams.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into orders.
• Achieve sales targets through regular customer visits, lead generation, and effective follow-up.




• Coordinate with the technical team and principals to provide application support and resolve customer concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in technical sales, industrial marketing, or application sales within the machine tools or manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience in deep hole drilling applications and cylinder manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder manufacturing, honed tubes, boring, skiving, and roller burnishing processes.
• Familiarity with machining tools, cutting tools, surface finishing processes, and precision engineering applications.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate tooling solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, plant meetings, and machining trials.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independently developing business in an indust
