About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised,



and hands-on HR Intern to manage and support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at Augnito. The role will involve working across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to ongoing HR administration and employee support.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Support end-to-end recruitment across roles and functions, including sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through relevant sourcing channels and platforms.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring timely communication and follow
