Role Description The Sr Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Durg, responsible for driving sales of Transasia’s in-vitro diagnostic products and solutions within the assigned territory.



This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and nurturing long-term relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare providers. Daily activities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, responding to client inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company standards. The Sr Sales Executive will monitor market trends and competitor activity, provide feedback to internal teams, and collaborate closely with technical, application, and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular travel within the territory, timely reporting, and achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators are integral to this position.
