Role Description The Customer Service Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The associate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and promote relevant offerings to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing calls and emails, updating customer records in the CRM system,



processing orders, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address complex requests and meeting defined service and sales targets.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Sales and upselling abilities, with experience in meeting or exceeding performance targets.
