? Job Description: CSP Tundish Incharge

We are looking for an experienced CSP Tundish Incharge to manage day-to-day tundish operations at our customer site, JSW Dolvi, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily CSP tundish operations, including preparation, lining, preheating, and maintenance.
- Supervise site manpower and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
- Monitor tundish performance, refractory consumption, and campaign life.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and customer procedures.
- Coordinate with customer representatives to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily reports, operational records, and stock and consumption data.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and tundish performance.

Educational Qualification:




Diploma or B.Tech in Ceramic or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CSP tundish operations in the steel industry.
- Valuable knowledge of tundish refractory materials and tundish management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and manpower.
