Key Responsibilties:
• Supervise daily execution of civil, electrical, plumbing, joinery, and finishing against the gate schedule.
• Allocate trades and check attendance each morning; confirm material receipts against the approved BOQ.
• Upload the daily photo log and snag updates in the Excel before the end of the day.
• Share daily site report, prepared on Excel in approved format and mail.
• Enforce PPE (helmet, safety shoes, eye protection), site housekeeping, and society rules (working hours, lift bookings, security passes).
• Report any delay, client change, or society restriction to the PEM within 24 hours so the schedule freeze can be documented.
• Coordinate delivery of off-site CNC carcasses and installation sequencing.
• Hold trade contractors to quality standards and prepare milestone claims for QA sign-off.




• Maintain zero lost-time injuries on assigned sites.
• Ready to travel outside Mumbai and stationed there till completion of the site.

Qualification: Diploma in Civil/Interior/Architectural Assistantship or ITI plus long-site experience.
Experience: 5–8 years on interior fit-out sites, 2+ years as a lead supervisor; apartment/commercial/retail/hospitality renovation experience preferred.
Skills and tools: Reading working drawings, measurement and quantity checks, tile / waterproofing / false-ceiling / modular kitchen installation knowledge, smartphone app use.
Behavioral traits: Disciplined, punctual, firm with trades, respectful with residents; lives within a reasonable commute of the pod cluster.
