About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.

You will work closely with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to building a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave, work-from-office/remote-work records, and employee queries.
Prepare and maintain HR letters, including offer letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other employee documentation.




Coordinate full and final settlements and exit formalities.

Recruitment & Hiring Support
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers.
Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers and monitoring hiring timelines.

Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews, performance evaluations, and regular feedback cycles.
Track employee performance against defined goals and KPIs.
Support managers in performance improvement processes, including PIPs and performance documentation.
Maintain performance records and ensure timely completion of review processes.
