Job Purpose:
The Lead - PR & Communications will be responsible for shaping and strengthening Embassy REIT’s external reputation and corporate narrative across media, investors, tenants, partners and other key stakeholder groups.
This is a senior communications role with a strong focus on strategic public relations, corporate communications, media engagement, thought leadership and reputation management. The role will work closely with the management team and cross-functional stakeholders to proactively position Embassy REIT, build solid relationships with influential media, and ensure consistent and credible communication across key business milestones and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
PR & Media Strategy
• Develop and lead Embassy REIT’s PR and external communications strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading business, financial, real estate and mainstream media
• Lead media outreach, press releases, briefings, interviews and spokesperson engagements.
• Manage communications for key announcements including quarterly earnings, business milestones,



partnerships and major corporate initiatives.
• Identify proactive media and thought-leadership opportunities for Embassy REIT and its leadership.

Crisis & Reputation Management
• Lead communication planning for sensitive issues and potential reputational risks.
• Develop crisis communication frameworks, key messages, Q&As; and response materials in coordination with leadership.
• Support senior spokespersons with briefing notes, talking points and media preparation.

Content, Thought Leadership & Brand Partnerships
• Develop high-quality corporate communications content including press releases, articles, opinion pieces, speeches, newsletters, presentations and executive communications.
• Build thought-leadership platforms around commercial real estate, capital markets, workplaces, sustainability and broader industry themes.
