Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise for the SAP Sales and Distribution module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI), and Controlling (CO).
Offer functional guidance and expertise in C4C and SD processes, including lead management, chance management, sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, and logistics execution.
Ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
