Position Summary
The Senior Manager - Control Tower will lead end-to-end project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and commercial control to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects.



The role requires robust leadership across project teams, vendors, internal functions, and customers, with a strong focus on risk mitigation, contract compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple projects from planning to completion while ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, cost, and quality parameters.
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and site execution teams across regions.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and review project schedules, resource plans, recovery plans, and progress reports.
• Track project milestones, identify delays, and implement corrective and rescue actions.
• Oversee subcontractor management, vendor coordination, procurement follow-up, and post-order execution.
