About The Role

We are looking for a social-first Strategic Account Manager who combines the rigour of a management consultant with deep, practical expertise in digital platforms and the ability to run accounts end to end. This is not a coordination-only client servicing role.

You will diagnose business and communication problems,challenge briefs constructively, develop social strategies independently, translate them into calendars and lead the team responsible for delivery.





You will be the strategic and operational owner of a portfolio of up to five social retainers, partnering with a senior creative lead who owns creative craft. You should be equally comfortable discussing a client’s business priorities, analysing audience retention on a reel, presenting a 90-day plan and fixing a delivery bottleneck.

What You Will Own

• Client and business diagnosis: understand objectives, audiences, category dynamics, competitors, brand constraints and the real problem behind a brief; ask the difficult questions before recommending content.
• Social strategy: independently audit social presence, develop hypotheses, conduct platform/category research, define audience and content strategy, build quarterly roadmaps and recommend channel roles and success measures.
