TorchBearer Campaign
The TorchBearer Campaign is a social impact initiative designed to raise awareness and actively engage individuals in prioritising their emotional well-being. Through a differentiated and community-driven approach, the program empowers participants to become advocates of mental wellness, fostering a culture of openness, support, and proactive self-care.

Role Overview
As a Torchbearer Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the success and scale of the Torch Bearer Campaign. You will be responsible for managing a cohort of Torchbearer Interns and Psychologists, ensuring smooth coordination.
This role requires a balance of people management, program execution, and tracking. You will act as a bridge between the organization and the Torchbearer community, ensuring alignment with HappiMynd’s mission of building an emotionally resilient society.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) or Master’s degree
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously
• Passion for mental health, social impact, and community building
