About the Job:
We are looking for an IT Support Executive with hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, and technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repairs whenever required.
• Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper system functioning.
• Assist with basic LAN, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.
Requirements:
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in IT Support / Hardware Support.
• Solid knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, printers, LAN, and networking.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Candidates based in Mumbai preferred.
Location: Goregaon West (6 days working)
