IT Operations and Support Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive IT Operations and Support Engineer to help maintain IT systems, support software applications, and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations. The role involves troubleshooting, system monitoring, user assistance, and coordination with internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor IT systems and ensure the smooth functioning of applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Assist with system configuration, software installations, and routine maintenance.
• Support application updates, deployments, and technical issue resolution.
• Maintain system records, technical documentation, and support reports.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.




• Assist with data backup, access management, and basic security practices.
• Provide timely technical assistance to internal users and clients.

Skills and Qualifications
• 0 to 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, databases, and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms or server management is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and learn current technologies.
