We’re Hiring: Brand Manager for our own brand: Leaf Studios

We are looking for a Brand Manager to take ownership of the voice, visual identity and consistency of one of our brands across every customer touchpoint.

You’ll work closely with the founders/CMO and collaborate with product, performance marketing, design, agencies and creators to build a strong, consistent and distinctive brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the brand voice and identity end to end — across packaging, website, marketplace listings, advertising, organic social, PR, email, WhatsApp and customer communications.

• Build, document and evolve brand guidelines covering voice, tone, visual identity, messaging, do’s and don’ts, ensuring teams, agencies and creators can easily follow them.

• Review and sign off creative before it goes live — including ad hooks, thumbnails, product pages, influencer scripts, packaging and campaign assets.

• Write and edit high-quality brand copy for packaging, campaigns, product names, social media and founder communications.

• Translate technology into simple,



human language — turning technical product specifications into explicit customer benefits.

• Partner with performance marketing to ensure brand and growth work together, creating communication that is both distinctive and conversion-focused.

• Brief and manage creators, agencies and freelancers, ensuring all external communication stays aligned with the brand.

• Support new product and category launches, ensuring the brand remains consistent as it grows.

• Manage PR, collaborations and brand partnerships, keeping brand messaging clear and consistent.

• Own brand reputation by monitoring social sentiment, comments and customer reviews and ensuring responses reflect the brand personality rather than sounding like generic customer support.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If:

• You have 2–4 years of experience in brand, marketing or communications, ideally with a D2C, consumer, lifestyle or electronics brand.
