Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the Pune Division.



The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify current business opportunities across TatvaCRM, TatvaBooks, and TatvaRatings, focusing on DSAs, NBFCs, insurance distributors, Chartered Accountants, and other financial services organizations. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, solution-based discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing. The person in this role will develop and nurture long-term client relationships, gather feedback on product usage, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining an active pipeline, meeting defined revenue and activity targets, representing the company at client meetings or industry events, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for leadership.
