Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Executive to support employee training initiatives, identify learning needs, coordinate training programs, and enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee training and development programs.
• Collaborate with trainers, department heads, and external training providers.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and reports.
• Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate learning outcomes.




• Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Track training calendars, participation, and completion rates.
• Recommend improvements to enhance learning experiences and employee development.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or a similar role.
• Solid communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of training needs analysis, training evaluation, and employee development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
