Role Description This is a full-time, in office DevOps Engineer position located in Chennai, requiring 7+ years of experience with Terraform and Ansible. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, and related tools to support scalable and secure environments. Responsibilities include building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, optimizing deployment workflows, and collaborating with development and operations teams to improve reliability and performance. The role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, ensuring high availability of services, and implementing automation for configuration management, provisioning, and environment consistency. The DevOps Engineer will also contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of the DevOps ecosystem.
Qualifications
• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, including hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.




• Proficiency in Software Development practices and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar languages).
• Experience with Continuous Integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Solid System Administration background with expertise in Linux-based environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related security and networking concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
