Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation for the Nagpur office. This full-time, on-site role involves partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, developing HR strategies, and supporting organizational culture and engagement.
