About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of digital agency experience. In this role, you will act as a Visualizer—translating creative briefs into high-converting, scroll-stopping social media assets and dynamic visual content across multiple digital touch points.

• Key Responsibilities

• Daily Creative Production
• Conceptualise, design, and animate high-quality daily social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner directly with social media strategists, copywriters, and content teams to ideate and execute innovative visual campaigns based on project briefs.

• Trend & Format Innovation
• Stay ahead of minimal design aesthetics, platform UI updates, and emerging social media trends to keep visual outputs modern and competitive.

• Brand Consistency & Accuracy
• Maintain strict brand guidelines across all deliverables with sharp attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory.





• Project & Time Management
• Manage multiple design streams simultaneously, delivering pixel-perfect assets under tight daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience
• 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design within a digital marketing agency environment.

• Education
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent extensive practical experience.

Required Skills

• Technical Mastery
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects (knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or Figma is a strong plus).

• Portfolio Requirement
• An active Behance or online portfolio showcasing real agency work, motion graphics, and social media campaigns is mandatory.

• Core Competencies
• Solid conceptual thinking, excellent time management, visual storytelling capability, and meticulous attention to detail.
