Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, Mumbai,Delhi,Bangalore. The individual in this role will identify and pursue recent business opportunities in air and sea freight, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote LCL and FCL services to meet customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing and presenting proposals and quotations, negotiating rates and terms,



and coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. The Senior Sales Executive will track market trends, provide input on pricing and service offerings, and regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing commercial deals.
• In-depth understanding of logistics and freight forwarding, particularly international air and sea freight, LCL, and FCL operations.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with capacity to discuss technical and commercial terms clearly.
• Analytical and planning skills to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and align sales activities with company targets.
