We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to join our team for commercial office interior fit-out projects in Bangalore.

? Location: Bangalore
? Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day site execution and ensure smooth project progress.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and resolve site coordination issues.
Monitor project progress against approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements.
Ensure quality standards are maintained for all interior finishing works.
Prepare daily progress reports and track project schedules.
Monitor site activities, identify potential delays, and support timely project completion.
Coordinate snagging,



inspections, and final project handover.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial office interior fit-out projects.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Positive knowledge of interior finishing works, construction drawings, and MEP coordination.
Strong site execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
