Role Description The Sales Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based at the Palace Toyota dealership in Mysore. This role is responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs for sales staff, focusing on product knowledge, consultative selling techniques, and customer engagement. Day-to-day activities include conducting training sessions, workshops, and role-plays, monitoring sales performance metrics, and providing coaching and feedback to individuals and teams. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with management to identify training needs,



update training materials based on current Toyota offerings and market trends, and ensure consistent adherence to dealership processes and brand standards. The role also involves supporting onboarding of new sales team members and helping build a culture of continuous learning and customer-centric service.
