Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager based in Surat. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client objectives, and ensuring that agency deliverables meet expectations and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams across strategy, creative, and digital to translate client briefs into actionable plans, overseeing ongoing campaigns, and preparing performance reports and presentations. The role involves proactively identifying opportunities to add value for clients, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Client Servicing Manager will also support new business initiatives by contributing to proposals, pitches, and relationship-building activities.

Requirement
• Should possess strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage accounts, build long-term relationships, and act as a trusted partner to clients.




• Should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience and timely resolution of concerns.
• Candidates should possess excellent English Communication skills to convey ideas clearly, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with data and reporting tools to track campaign performance and present insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.

• 2-4 years in client servicing, brand management or account management at a marketing, branding or digital agency.
