About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our brands.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, video editing, brand communication, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop engaging Reels, Stories, posts, and promotional campaigns.
• Shoot and edit product videos, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio, and creative content formats.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and relevant hashtags.
• Manage social media comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, visual aesthetics, and communication across platforms.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach,



and follower growth.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve content performance.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Required Skills• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools.
• Good understanding of video transitions, colour grading, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to shoot high-quality content using smartphones or professional cameras.
• Solid creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently plan, execute, and manage social media activities.

Preferred Qualifications• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
